OMSSD website GDPR notice: On 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) became law. The law requires Oikos Storage Ltd to explain to you how your personal data will be used and stored. Personal data collected by the project team will be processed and retained by Oikos Storage Ltd and its appointed contractors until the project is complete. Personal information that is supplied to Oikos in connection with its Development Consent Order application and proposals will be treated confidentially and processed and handled in accordance with the Protection Act 2018 and the GDPR 2018. The information may be disclosed to or shared with Oikos connected companies, agents, contractors and advisors who provide services to Oikos in connection with the Development Consent Order application.
